Additional Programs

The Center for Wellness offers:
  • Calming the Mind, Opening the Heart.  A quarterly meditation series.
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR).  An 8-week program offered during the fall and spring semesters.
  • Lending Library.  A selection of guided meditation CDs.  Borrow two items for two weeks, free with HUID!
Healthy Harvard is offering several sessions of Mindfulness at Work for employees in Central Administration.
